Return Policy

14 DAY RETURN POLICY

 

Please read carefully before making your purchase. Each piece of custom jewelry can take up to several weeks to create from start to finish, all depending on how you customized your order. However, all custom/special orders will not be allowed for exchanges, refunds, or store credit. Absolutely no refunds on custom engraved merchandise and any custom made rings. Custom orders thought to be damaged or defective must be returned within 14 days of date item was received. Buyer will be held responsible for all shipping fees as they are non-refundable as well as a 10% restocking fee. Items deemed to be damaged or defective must be returned at the customers' expenses and the validity of all claims will be decided by NVK Jewelry. Items deemed to be damaged or defective by NVK Jewelry will be fixed free of charge.

 

All items in stock are covered by our 14 day return policy. If for any reason you wish to return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item, buyer will be held responsible for return shipping expenses as well as any restocking fees and/or reconditioning fees as they are non-refundable.

 

PERSONALIZED ENGRAVING

Please allow an additional 5 business days for delivery of jewelry with a custom engravings. Note we will not allow returns or exchanges on custom jewelry that has been custom engraved.

 

Please remember returns/exchanges and refunds may be accepted within 14 days from the date an item was received for an exchange or store credit only. Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless you received damaged, defective, or wrong item(s). Restocking fees (10%) will be applied and deducted before a refund is issued. Returns must be unworn, unaltered, and come in original package and must be approved by NVK Jewelry. Please read and understand the full Refund Policy before continuing your order.

 

HOW TO RETURN?

Please carefully package the item you are returning in its original packaging. You are responsible for the return shipping label. Once your package is prepared, please mail your order to the following address:

Please allow 3 to 5 business days from the date returned item was received for funds to be released back to your account or credit to be applied to your NVK Jewelry account. If allowed, your NVK Jewelry LLC account will be credited with the determined amount. For more info, please see our Refund Policy as some exceptions may apply to your order.
