If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return your item* WITHOUT custom engraving in its original condition within 14 days of the date recieved for a refund or an exchange.Exchanges must be done within 14 days of the date of shipment.
*Customized/made to order jewelry pieces are non-returnable. You may send it in for repairs if the item has a manufacturer's defect.
