If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item* WITHOUT custom engraving in its original condition within 14 days of the order date for a refund or an exchange, minus shipping.
*Customized/special order jewelry pieces are non-returnable/refundable. You may send it in for repairs if the item has a manufacturer's defect. Exchanges must be done within 14 days of the date of shipment.
Shipping Information
All items ship within 3-5 business days from the date payment is received. Shipped through UPS, FedEx, or USPS. As soon as item is shipped, a tracking number will be provided. A signature will be required upon delivery.
