If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return your item* WITHOUT custom engraving in its original condition within 7 days of the order date for a refund or an exchange, shipping charges are non-refundable and a 15% restocking will be deducted from final refund.
*Customized/special order jewelry pieces are non-returnable/refundable. You may send it in for repairs if the item has a manufacturer's defect. Exchanges must be done within 7 days of the date of shipment.
Shipping Information
