If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return your item* WITHOUT custom engraving in its original condition within 7 days of the order date for a refund or an exchange.
If purchased through Affirm, refunds will be charged a 5% restocking fee and shipping fees will be deducted as well.
*Customized/special order jewelry pieces are non-returnable/refundable. You may send it in for repairs if the item has a manufacturer's defect. Exchanges must be done within days of the date of shipment.
